We care for the land: with low impact practices, with organic farming, and through acknowledging the truth of the land.

Hinterland is for everyone: we are accessible and inclusive.

The land on which we work and gather is Indigenous. We respect the many generations of peoples, plants and animals, past, present and future that share this land in a reciprocal relationship. We honour past and future generations in the way we connect and take care of the land while we are here.

Hinterland Nature Camp is an18 acre camping and day-visit park nestled in a lakeside Boreal Forest property, complete with hiking trails and a little market farm! In Gimli, Mb. Treaty #1.

In winter, we take care of community centre ice rinks in Winnipeg neighbourhoods.
